The problem is Intel needs decades to recover after decades of doing nothing. If a world class athelete took a decade off and tried to compete again, it would be at minimum 5 years to get competitive again. And sometimes they will be too old to catch up before their body gives out.
That's intel.

Not sure what to make of the claim 'heard it hear'
When I have heard things, that is past tense for hearing, so to mix up past and present tense suggests OP is having difficulty managing his conception of time.
This could be a symptom related to Alzheimer's or other common forms of dementia, so OP might consider checking that out with his doctor on his next visit (which he may think is actually a prior visit).
