Been working on the weekends since it’s considered “busy” season for my team. Anybody else in the same boat? I think management is asking me to do this on purpose so I can resign and say it was due to a low work life balance but I’m a CW so maybe not?

You can resign whenever you want. Slavery was abolished. Otherwise, quit complaining.
