CL28 + Technical = NSI

Funny how there was a time when people looked forward to CL promotions. Now it just guarantees your ranking will drop. Especially if you moves into a new rank group.

This has always been the case. Only difference now is there isn't enough bottom feeders to take the brunt of the NSI %.

In the 2000's, there used to be a separate technical ladder separate and apart from the management CL ladder.

The separate ladder only lasted a decade before it collapsed into one single ladder. Management always was ranked in the top 1/3 of the CL group. All technical staff had to fight for the bottom 2/3rd's.
