I heard Michigan isn’t the place for talent because the laws don’t protect them from being exploited. They aren’t enforced for Michigan’s club of mass employers. We are all just cattle, and they are the judge

Come on now, there have been a half dozen posts this month of people working 5-10 hours a week. Don’t blame the loss of PS staff, either your coworkers aren’t working hard enough or you aren’t good at your job. Either way, this isn’t the forum to resolve this.
If you can’t figure out how to have AI do your job in the next 1200 days, you’ll never have disposable income again.
