So associates received perfume testers in cosmetics bags as holiday gifts. I guess if you got some scents you really like, great.. Everything I received smells awful. I honestly would have preferred nothing.

At least you received a gift. Flagship didn’t give the beauty team anything Christmas of 2019 or 2020. Some store associates said they received a Christmas Card in the mail. The respective vendors were the only ones who cared enough to give associates a token of appreciation.
One year we got Belkie Bears- the ones with the golf outfit. And once we got mini-ceramic shopping bag figurines emblazoned with the small "b" belk logo for the 125 anniversary. Such useful items!
What do you expect from Belk and Belk Store Mznsgers for Christmas Holidays Free Gifts! Free Gifts are free for a good reason. Belk Gifts are like rotten fishes, they begin to “smell” after three days! Does Belk company passes your smell test? Merry Christmas Belk!
