Will be losing their jobs to the Mexico reps. Panama reps are involved wit Loss Prevention. Mexico reps had to be retrained and new ones have been added. Customers still ask for American reps at times so they still need some U.S. reps but a lot of the U. S. Reps will be fired. I know because I work for the CSC / CRC and we have been told to try to look for other positions in the company in depts believe it or not that are still sending their job to India and China. What a joke this company is.

They asked the same for the warranty division for transmission in 2022/2023. Everyone needed to find new jobs. By 5/23 all warranty analysts were based out of Mexico and Brazil. Not certain all the other areas did the same, but funny recalls have been through the roof since that decision.
