1) Can the PIP be cut short (i.e 3 months to 1.5 months) and the employee terminated immediately if the manager feels that he/she isnt improving?
2) Can the PIP be extended? (i.e 3 months to 4 months)
3) Is the fixed year end bonus pro rated and paid out if the employee resigns before end of year?
4) Can the employee go on long overseas leave during notice period?
