I’m starting to think our new CFO’s Botox bill might be bigger than his list of accomplishments. All smooth on the outside, but nothing substantial underneath. We replaced heart, soul, integrity and leadership with a surface-level if that hire who can’t even handle softball questions from the team without making it awkward. Not sure about the numbers, but the forehead is captivating and doesn’t move. Please keep DS!

This post is so full of subjective opinions and redundant ideas and thoughts about nepo baby’s in south pointe and the phoenix’s office the coo is laying off in masses tomorrow what is the point of trying anymore the new cfo is superfishel and fake what are our departments going to come to I don’t know what’s happening everyone is scared and affraid of the next day because we don’t know what’s the strategy what is happening is not strategic just tactical why are the consultants still here but some were just let go to.
Employee morale was always that low. It just didn't show in surveys because they were not confidential even tho the claimed to be. Now no one cares if they are.
Don’t forget kids, this page is for all the low level and no matter type folks regardless what you think, that means keep your head down and do as you’re told. But Keep clawing your way up this soulless non fulfilling clown castle corporate trash. Why is it every “deal” the current leadership makes turns to cr-p and hurts the company and in return punishes us! But Every thing is fine!
People post here because they don’t feel safe to state the truth. The employee company rating sits at 3.4 of 5 for a reason, never that low until the recent years with too many bad leaders. This page ends is only place for many peplle. .
Really an odd thing to comment and DS was the CFO in charge for the decline of the org. He played an integral role in the acquisitions and the debt structure. A complete failure. He may be the nicest guy on the planet but clearly doesn't have the acumen to hold such a position.
This is a layoff message board for people to grieve and exchange information. People who come here and expect anything different are the same mo--ns in management positions running the place into the ground.
I love how people get on here and give positive feedback on how these people conduct themselves on a call. These folks don’t care at all about you hahahahaha what world do you live in? “CFO bad, TA good, DS nice…..” anddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd you’re laid off.
Don’t hate the player, hate the game. CEOs main objective is to line his pockets with as much money as possible. Accept all the incentives, don’t rock the boat and stay at the helm until thrown off the ship.
Not all CEOs are good looking as Jay, sorry ladies.
It’s not hate, they are calling out what’s seen. We’re done with fake. Honesty with sarcasm isn’t hate, and silencing, which is your ask and telling people quit IS the problem.

@ca @ ca+1k23jkvex This post isn’t removal-worthy if it goes, that’s power-play censorship. It’s a satirical reaction to the company conversation, no harassment, hate speech, defamation, or sensitive data. It’s within the guidelines. And agree, Teddy is fantastic, we need more Teddy!
Teddy is so warm and real, the kind of person you just want to hang out and have coffee with. Can we make fireside chats with Teddy a thing? In a time of cuts and lists, he and Dan with real answers are what we need. Way better than any fake Dr. Spock.
