Let's fire the people that created the patents in the first place so that we have money for lawyers LOL
What a sh---y company, is not even able to compete fairly in today's market! I work there as an engineer and I can say there's no way a patent will save Nielsen, I mean, we just simply don't have the talent to create those kind of patents!
Nothing to see here, a dying company trying to dominate the market by holding on to old patents from people that have already left as opposed to innovate and have a healthy competition.
I seriously wish them a slow and painful death, it what they deserve... and I hope all judges can read between the lines and dismiss all those bullsh-t cases they have against companies that are actually coming to the market, innovating, and trying to move things for the better.
