Does anyone have idea if the unused sick days and vacation days will be payed out, either VSP or ISP?

Opinion: If you get X weeks a year it should be your choice to use X weeks all at start of year if you want to. If they let you go they shouldn’t be allowed to say you didn’t earn those days yet. That’s ridiculous that people take an 8 hour vacation if that’s all the accrued at the start of a year. This is not just an EJ thing I’m sure.
Correct. Accrued vacation time is paid out, but if you have taken more vacation than you’ve accrued for the year, then the difference is taken out of your final wages. Sick time isn’t paid out.
I believe accrued vacation days and personal days will be paid out. Lose sick time.
