Be sure to let them know what a sh-t hole this place is! It won't change anything but at least creates a strong paper trail if someone decides to take legal action when they f-ck with the wrong person.

Never submit voluntary employee surveys. Ever.
Nothing positive will come if it and everything negative can come of it.
Leadership and HR aren't your friend and do not actually care about your opinions.
i would caution people against this, i seen people get retaliated against for doing the survey just recently due to them not liking the answers.
