Thread regarding Ford layoffs

I am able to do my work in 5 hours a week; considering getting 2nd job

Is this allowed? Any good resources for doing this?

I don't really do much and quite frankly im quite checked out. This place was the worst career decision for me; I will have to work doubly as hard at my next job to get myself out of this setback.

I have a remote working allowance ( feel sorry for the rest of you guys, it looks pretty bad based on what people are posting on here)

Looking to learn from r/overemployed

@a7 this comment is a perfect example because then they can just say it was a misfire and that they get paranoid because tons of people have a second job and they didn’t know this kid we human trafficked didn’t bla bla u get it

Go for it. Just keep in mind the consequences if you get caught. IMO, the people in the trenches earning these corporations their m/billions year after year are the ones that get sc--wed over first when everything goes pear-shaped. Why not get over on them if and when you can?

@a4 yes and then tie it to negative things against their morals. For example, reality could be that with the absent hours they’re developing internal tools or knowledge transferring or doing the work for multiple other employees to keep things on schedule or afloat, such as ghost writing.

Before people fall for this rage bait. This is the work of consultants when there is a problem usually. The idea is to build sentiment and pad a file historically so there is a paper trail of it. They do this to mischaracterize people with real grievances to alienate their support by slipping in nuance, like being a productive and good at your job.
