been watching the org chart shuffle itself like a deck of cards in Workday... names disappearing from SJ and popping up in Bangalore almost daily now.They don’t announce it, but everyone on the inside knows what’s really happening. This isn’t just trimming fat or shifting a few support roles—whole orgs are quietly being relocated. Manufacturing test? already scrapped. Ops? Mostly red-badged or waiting for the axe...There’s a rumor that ELT has a confidential spreadsheet mapping every team’s offshoring timeline. If true, that explains a lot. why else would entire floors go dark overnight???Offshoring was pitched as a cost-saver. Instead, it’s been bleeding morale, gutting tribal knowledge, and leaving customers in the lurch. But I guess that quarterly slide deck needs a good headline... OK?

It has been happening for years. It just accelerates.
Just go into workday and type a single letter into the employee search...it will start auto completing and you will see a screen full of Bangalore
