Answered honestly. Let’s see if it causes me to be RIFed. Someone has to tell the truth so might as well be me.

I've been responding honestly to employee surveys literally for decades... NOTHING has ever improved for those of us on the delivery side, which is highly technical despite what Mgmt thinks. So glad i'm nearing retirement to get out if this hellhole.
The benefits survey felt like a way to figure out which other benefits they can cut - do you know about it and how important is it to you. Won’t be surprised to see them take away life insurance options.
I have only received a survey regarding benefits. I would be curious to see if they even send one out for all the other categories related to workplace happiness or struggles because I doubt we’ll get one anytime soon.
Was brutally honest too.
I believe the plan is also to link survey data with work metrics (teams and outlook) ie are you unhappy because you are working 10+ hours a day? or working outside of work hours alot.
Is this the benefits Glint survey? Has it been sent to everyone yet? I’ve only received the notice that it is coming…..
Definitely brought that up. But the rest of it wasn't overly bad. Kind of felt like them trying to remind us "Look, you get free stuff, aren't you lucky?!"
Def brought up the deferral of 401k matching.
Oops typo. Felt good to be honest.
Same. It felt god to be honest.
