Can someone in SC monitor his cube?
Post here how often the part-time CEO is in office. “Do as I say, not as I do.”

@a7 Well there's something to be said for a captain going down with the ship. He already jump off the plank on day 1. 😂
@a4 Open door policy...
@b0 Is full of it. I’ve never seen him in RNB.
Ya ever take a moment and ask yourself...Who the fu-k is this guy and why would anyone take the job of CEO of the Intel traintrainwreckwreck?
Work in RNB. He is in every day, early in the morning and leaves late.
@aj in arguing that LBT be held accountable for results rather than time in cubicle I am trying to hold him to the identical standard I would like to be held to
@a7
Managers must be held to the same standard as employees, otherwise we end up with class warfare. I really don't care at what level they are.
The standard anti RTO complaint applies at the top too
You don’t really give a care how often he’s in that cube
You care whether he’s actually turning Intel around
And time in that cube is a poor proxy
@OP Don’t you understand your position within the company and his culture? Step back. Take a deep breath
