Intel is toxic place. It was that way during hey days and it has been cultivated to be that way.
This is the same Intel playbook that destroyed the company in the first place. They will never learn.
Intel lost critical talent who never would have been fired so they quit. They are being backfilled.
Its a hire to fire pipeline. Keep them around for just long enough, that they don't figure out what's going on and by the time they do, its already too late.
