Stock price goes only one direction for the past month, and hasn't really changed in years. What's going on lately apart from Phil departure?

Agentic AI is quickly gnawing through our data moat. The pace of obsolescence will hit harder than expected, especially against more nimble, better managed, and diversified competitors. Smart analysts are already seeing the writing on the wall. Also, the CGS acquisition didn’t exactly win hearts. Might be time to dust off those resumes.
Snow has had complete control over last 5 years. Before that, Hadley was still there guiding things. The stock is flat for 5 years. While the competition has gone up 30, 40, 50, to 80 %. How did the BOD let this happen?

That’s why he’s departing. With all his ‘strategic’ initiatives and senior exec moves in the last 5 years, the stock is flat and the company has no strategy and has lost its culture. Complete failure. It will become clearer when new guy does first earnings call in September when he won’t have to just hype things up. I’m still here collecting a pay check. Easy money. No benefit to pushing yourself but lots of WFH time to be with my family. Enjoying the summer. And since none of us low level people got stock ..
