Why are those who still work from home due to job or being out of the "Travel Distance" getting a 10% reduction in pay? One explanation was the people who are not RTOing don't need it for transportation costs?
Does this even make sense?

Meanwhile, he jets in and out of minnesorta… with no obligation to move here. Do as I say not as I do…
I don't know what you hope to gain by spreading disinformation, but a pay decrease for people staying remote was never mentioned in the town hall at all.
That said, the town hall itself was a joke. Only one question about RTO, and it was one of the pre-scripted questions from the moderator. Of the two whole questions they took from the online attendees, neither were about RTO. I'm sure that was intentional. They didn't even let us see the submitted questions to upvote them. They obviously have no intention at all of responding to, or even listening to, any actual employee concerns.
@10h quiet quitting coming to a 3M Center office near you. Sorry BB, we just called your raise and raise you hours of wasteful working.
It's true. Big Bad Bill just answered the question at the Town Hall!
Fake news
@ce - Seriously, I'd happy take a 10% cut to never go into the office again.
This is just a troll.
If you spend that 10% on taking care of your health (mental + physical), this a great deal. Your biggest wealth is your health. Specially in a country with broken health care system.
Dear 3M,
Although it would hurt me financially quite a bit, I'd be happy to take a 10% pay cut in exchange for getting to WFH in perpetuity.
Where do I sign up?
WTF? Where did you hear that?
That is Solventum
I haven’t heard this. Did a communication come out?
