From what I see its not seniority / salary dependent. It appearts more to be based on management feedback with obvious biases
Probably because they earn more and it ends up being a bigger cost cut. Experience (doesn’t) matter
Idk about that. Looking through deactivated accounts it seems pretty indiscriminate of age/race/gender. My condolences to those who were let go today.
