Is there any place to view the ACTUAL audit results? Not what Nielsen is willing to share about out fails, but the REAL full findings? We know Nielsen will do their damndest to shove down any issues from our line of sight.

Quality has cratered since the move to the GCC. I wish we would get an MRC or E&Y audit in my department and they actually see the daily work and not just talk to higher ups.

There are field EY/MRC audits happening currently. Guess we’ll soon find out their results. Let’s just say the scheduling has been an absolute fiasco… the US PRS’ were asked to be hands off and it definitely shows. Many errors and huge mistakes made, and by pure lack of knowledge, understanding and time on the job.

Like many things at Nielsen, results are TBD and there’s ✨more to come ✨

Yes I’d love to know what the audit results are as well. In reality the responsibility and accountability falls on the Field Reps which is really unfortunate. I remember when I was a field rep it was always the last rep that was in the home that was responsible for the quality, regardless of whether there were phone contacts or not.
