The recent role changes were mishandled product portfolio leaders handpicked - peers that have no expertise, knowledge or experience of the product complexities. Some peers in the loop granted a role others no communication, it is disrespectful and demoralizing. Now just waiting for next action as obvious to us as no communication.
Roles are being handed out based on favoritism, not capability. This is cherry-picking, not leadership.
Enough with the poor communication and closed-door moves. Be transparent. Be fair. Start leading like it matters.
