Get ready, the UP dispatchers are non-agreement. If the merger is approved, the STB will force the carriers to have an election for ATDA representation or for everyone to be non-agreement. UP will most likely try to keep you off property and away from the UP dispatchers (like they did with the SP dispatchers) in hopes the election falls towards non-agreement. This means your current healthcare, negotiated wages, and other benefits are gone. Do not let this happen. Push the ATDA to stay involved and do not let UP ki-l your careers, compensation, etc.
