Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

Waxes VP gone

Anyone know why AB left (VP in EMPS)? Was he a NSI causality or what? He always seemed to be one of the better VPs in my dealings.

He was one of the best leaders I have had in my 20 years. He had to have been forced out or got an amazing opportunity. Something does not add up

For those of you considering quitting, please dont. Thats what Management wants. Nothing better than you continuing to stay while they have to pay you... just finish out your time, its not worth losing the big payouts!

How about he just found a better opportunity than Waxes VP of Exxonmobil. There are several significantly better positions in the Industry than that. If thats all Exxon can offer with that high of a skillset that he has, then it truly is time to go. Just because he is a minority, dont taint his image by saying he did something wrong. He actually did something right in which several of us will follow suit shortly.

He must’ve stood up to Kathy, didn’t want AI to takeover and they showed him the boot. And I don’t mean artificial intelligence

Controls violations will result in immediate termination for a V.P. Just ask the Lube Executives involved in the Super Bowl Ticket Fiasco in circa 2000.

Yeah he was a decent leader so sad to see him go. Definitely worried that he was NSI casualty
