Dude, the same topic all the time. Let the nature take its course, wait another 2-3 years of their utter and complete failures again, nothing is built, recalls all over the place and blames on everyone but not themselves. Ford is good at fooling customers.
They never stop hiring because LL4 / LL3 have no clue about what's going on under the subfloor. Hire and Lay Off strategy when they found out that overcapacity again. Jim is happy and investors are happy.
