so many people posting here about their complaints but not a single post about a better option out there.
other company's sites that I checked, like JNJ, etc have almost none and I worked in both places, that place was not better than 3M.
I just have to wonder why so much hate yet so little real advice on what to do. purely venting?
Maybe it's because J&J was always mid but 3M used to be great.
I am guessing most of these are trolls and don't even work for 3M. The nonsense posted on here is something else. It really isn't a bad place to work at all like they tell you.

The last negative 3M post on thelayoff.com was 24 hours ago. The last negative post for JNJ was November 6th of last year. 3M is no JNJ.
Where in the world are you looking that you can’t find a better place than 3M? Lay off the kool-aid
