oh nellie.
that sounds like Sanctimonious Sxxxx. otherwise known as a self declared superhero. just doesnt get it.
They believe themself to be the Ted Lasso of Avaya. Sadly, its just what they believes. Because if you believe about believing, then you can believe about things that are not fact supported and then you believe the unbelievable and then you forget what you believing about in the first place and just declare BELIEVE and all will be well! TA-DA! SUCCESS DECLARED!

Alrighty. Where do I begin.

  1. I don't see the word "benevolence" anywhere. That's just ridiculous to associate the positive of Mr. Kings wise and trusting investment as benevolence. He never claimed such. Nor do any of us. That's bizarre gaslighting to try to prove a point you can't prove.
  2. Look back at the stock price from Aug 1-Oct.

Are you aware that if it was consistently below $1 for 30 days NYSE would have begun to delist $AVYA? And that the stock surgery over $2 ONLY b/c of Mr. Kings filing to show his significant investment?

  1. If not Mr. King, who is chosing to support Alan Masarek as opposed to force a hostile takeover ..then some greedy PE or activist investor would have done so? And b/c of Mr. King substantial ownership, it insulated Avaya from an acrivest investor ?

I'm in awe att he range of naievity on this string.

Oh my WOW. You are a class act esteemed racist, otherwise known as "I'm not racist".

Theo King was raised my physicians who used Avaya in healthcare accounts in San Francisco.
Attended Wharton School of Business. And is CEO of a SaaS company in London.
Who happened to be born in Hong Kong before China took back power.
Why don't you check your facts before you reinforce how entitled and not so smart Avaya middle management really is

To the person who called me d__b and racist, F___ you. I'm not d__b or racist.

It isn't benevolence that drove that stock purchase, it was opportunity, and we all know it.
And yeah, the filing shows that Theo is in HK, there is NO free market there. That isn't racism, that's an evil regime who is going to push things to their advantage. Ask anyone who actually has to live under it. And, guess what, that isn't racist, either, so you can drop that stupid 'racist' card right now.

So very Avaya of you all.
Avaya is amateur hour. I resigned 3 mos in, I couldn't believe the volume of entitled employees (who bizarrely also believed their were marginalized). They claim their work their arses off when their 100% is maybe 60% of what a person with the same job at a competitor works.
Now they are so foolish that they don't get how markets work. And then they insult an investor who has only shown grace, respect and support for Alan Masarek.
The level of ineptness of those who thrive at Avaya will never cease to amaze me.

Whoever wrote that CCP comment - you’re as d-mb as you are racist. If you knew anything about how he has invested in this, starting with the hands off approach he took until this last week, you’d keep your mouth shut.

I'm not seeing Theo King as some savior here, maybe it's just me.
EMy prediction? Either Theo is going to dump all of the shares once a net gain is in sight, or Theo is a CCP mole, and Avaya can kiss the DOD contracts good-bye.

No one "goes bankrupt"

You have to file. You file of you have no options. Theo King 👑 has presented several options.

Folks.....
Voting (-) on this post is the most Avaya thing you can do. SO TONE DEAF.
The BIGGEST CHAMPION OF AVAYA is Theo King. He could have chosen another organization to "sponsor", god knows there are plenty in software that need the help. He not only invested, he strategized to give Avaya a fighting chance to get past the poor execution surrounding the debt deal. He even is quoted as saying he wished he did more sooner to have prevented last weeks "delay".
If you can't see that, you certainly are the types of folks whom have created the smoke and mirrors that led to this. Signed AN AVAYA EMPLOYEE who has an investment industry spouse who has made clear that this guy is Avaya's guardian angel.

The Single Largest shareholder of Avaya is Theodore King. He owns between 15-20% of all Avaya shares. No one individual even comes close as the next in line are Institutional Investors (Voss Capital, Vanguard, etc).

Last week he announced he also purchased 2023 converts for the Bonds due in June. This gives Avaya greater power to negotiate with the lenders on the current outstanding $600 m cash that Avaya secured PRIOR to disclosing lowered guidance. The Lenders are more likely to come to an agreement with due to this proactive move.

This will become known when his filings begin to circulate in the news. That is what this post is about.
