Any layoff or WFR news? Heard that there are plans for major restructuring in Sep/Oct 2025 to transform Gainwell into a lean org and set it up for potential Sale.

Most companies I see are going back to RTO or a hybrid version so nobody wants to give up a fully remote position. Most will stay until the very end. They’re really only fully remote because of the cost savings/wanting to sell the co. Wonder if a buyer will start to try to incorporate RTO somehow with new hires or people located near an office.
It's anybody's guess, but whatever Gainwell's plan is, American workers will not benefit. As well as Medicaid recipients in the states where Gainwell.
