Maybe those days are over.
It's called making a profit.
It should be illegal for an American company to pillage and profit off of Canadian resources, and then slowly offshore all the local jobs to low cost countries, so we don’t actually benefit from the resource development.
We used to hire a steady annual batch of new hires from Canadian universities and colleges to build a talent pipeline. Now we downsize with BTC/KL backfills and plug holes with hiring only when absolutely necessary.

Getting assessed with us employees is the only thing keeping half of Imperial people employed. There are way too many imperial employees for the amount of work going on. Canadians are invading all other facets of exxon and taking us jobs. Just because imperial doesn't know what to do with them.
You referring to Imperial feedback or ExxonMobil feedback script?
It should be illegal that we get assessed with USA employees.
