Word on the street is, he was pushed out for greenlighting projects without proper approval.
The glowing, flattering language in this must have been drafted by Liza, or by Chris himself. Infuriating that he so shamelessly takes credit for dozens of projects that predate his reckless and rudderless reigns at the networks where they began. Kind of surprising he doesn't claim that the was the driving force behind "Schitt's Creek" too.
