What kind of sweetheart parachutes is he procuring for his henchmen and henchwenches? The Amys and Ninas and Lizas and Lilys and Francescas know that they're totally worthless to the company, and only had value to Chris himself, so they're either securing a cushy exit deal or panicking right now.
Word on the street is, he was pushed out for greenlighting projects without proper approval.
