@jq but that logic on job 1 does not apply to Alvind and any of the Pipmunks. Why not ? Discrimination perhaps ? That goes against the Business Conduct Guidelines (BCGs) that every IBMer has to complete and certify every year. Or are the BCGs nothing a scam ?
If your job can be performed in India or another low wage country, then yes IBM is gunning for you. For IBM job 1 is reduce costs to the bare minimum
