Are you sure he is gone? He is still listed in the outlook address book under where’s Waldo.
ERGs pre his reign were employee led and had charters voted on by members. He changed it so management selected ERG leadership, and ripped up all ERG charters so they could silence complaints about working conditions. Couldn't have happened to a nicer guy.
