@kn I’m just surprised that Athina doesn’t seem to realize how much reputational damage those DPA folks have caused her and S&T - or perhaps she does?”

I don't think people realize how much the business leads outside of S&T have benefited by its presence over the years. The business leads have no real incentive to actually deliver on many of these projects because they know they will provide little value, but they need to find ways to ask for more money each year. They also have zero accountability since all they had to do was sign off on the budget and are likely to be on a new rotation by the time the project stalls. Yes S&T and DPA are awful, but they are also the perfect scapegoat for the real decision makers who are driving the company to the ground while they collect their fat bonuses.

All this drama with DPA & S&T is not really new. Many of the issues such as bad, ineffective, incompetent and toxic management, the broken Speak Up process, HR running cover for bad management, playing games with hiring, promotions etc have existed everywhere at PEP for years. It's now just become so blatant and obvious with DPA that it can't be ignored or swept under the carpet like they are trying to do. A big PEP wide "reset button" needs to hit ! We are loosing great talent and got stuck with very poor leadership, too often of Indian background! Unproportinately !

If the so called leaders focused on driving core business than the AI and Digital vomit from AK, the company would not be struggling

@b1 I can´t imagine anyone sane at PFNA would want to fund that cesspool in 2026!
I think their VPs and the gone-now SVP already drained enough cash from PEP into their pockets!

@b0 DPA is a product of Athina’s vision for digital transformation at Pepsico and G-ayatri’s failed leadership and lack of competency to inspire, lead and manage.

@ap DPA - Disorganized Pandemonium of Ambiguity - also known sometimes as Digital Products and Applications in S&T

And DPA stands for what? Nobody ever states this. Does anyone even know? I imagine the D is for digital, but that's as far as I can reasonably guess.

Factories are beeing shut down, good hard working people loose jobs, and DPA continues wasting millions of $ each month! Look how many VPs there with high salaries and low value contributions to Pepsico! And vast majority of DPA employees are Indians! Add 1 + 1 and you get the picture!
