Hey Look! Our worthless CIO won a fake award. She has done nothing, has delivered even less and she thinks she is the only smart person in the room. She is however an expert at kissing up and taking credit for others work. She has been hated where she has worked. She thinks highly of herself when she actually is one of the d-mbest in the room. She loves to bully and kiss up. It has been her MO wherever she has been.

CIO looks down on folks and has no idea what it takes to get work done. She name calls and berates folks and threatens, nay Bullies people. Wish HO would open their eyes or Kevin would.

The leadership is doing their level best to make sure our culture is EXACTLY like the unappealing and somewhat hostile environment in other banks. Even saying charming things like "realigning pay to market rates!"- y'know stuff employees LOVE to hear.

What's the latest with MUFG's IT? I was let go more than a year ago. I remember spending 90% of my time on remediation around security. Most of it was pointless grunt work.
