Thread regarding Extended Stay America Inc. layoffs

Ive worked with the company for almost 9 yrs. A few months ago i was told that within 6 weeks i would no longer have a job, no kind of relocation or resources to transfer, my night position was just cut. I had to ask my manager to try and fit me into the day shift which he did but no benefits and they would not payout MY 198 hours of PTO. Fast fwd 6 months later with limited hours they hired a new person and gave them 70% of my hours with no explanation, reason or heads up. Im communicating with my manager how i need those hours but i just get ignored, nobody talks to me anymore and im currently working 3 jobs just to stay afloat since i cant get management to listen. I feel theyre trying to push me out by making me feel backed up against a wall without any type of way of fixing it. If they are then going to corporate wont help because thats where its coming from. Every manager ive had seems nice but theyre not, they over work you then expect you to come in with a smile while they pick and choose which employees are the favorites and let them sit around doing nothing while you break your back with work that will get you fired if you dont do. Fk ESA, if the job market wasnt trash here I would of told them to sk my d**k a good while ago.
