Ive heard all this from many former colleagues there. Sad to see such a great firm fall apart so fast. Best thing all of you could do on Monday is show up and stand in that big new lobby they have in unity as everyone arrives...don't go to your desk.....and demand failed leadership go...

Start naming all the poor leaders. To me this stems from a lack of accountability and integrity from leaders. Its no longer about being a great leader and putting in hard work. It’s about putting on a good show.
II is a prime example of cr-p leadership. I’ve been here since Wayne Park and it’s never been the same since.
