To be fair most of the company was happy to be a free rider on the backs of the investment staff’s great performance for a long time. Management’s desire to not hold that standard anymore perhaps led to this, but be honest with yourself…you probably didn’t make nearly the impact they did when times were good.
Some portfolio managers, specialists, investment analysts and portfolio analysts were let go. In the coming weeks we’ll get notices on which PMs were let go.

Yes, some portfolio managers of smaller scale strategies were notified that their portfolios will be closing. I don’t know about investment analysts though.
