Because of the executives bad decisions not the employees. HOLD THE EXECUTIVES ACCOUNTABLE. Stop cutting the employee benefits. Cut the executive bonus, they already make a generous salary and their salary for a sh-t job. And wake the f up and cut the agents.

To qoute my director... You work and we pay you. Beyond that SF owes you nothing. So I do my work and SF pays me. Beyond that I owe them nothing. Benefits is considered part of my pay, so if they cut those, I will have to make cuts on my side too. T-t for Tat.
State Farm has a lot of money for commercials during sporting events.

Increase health insurance premiums
Return to office
If you aren’t willing to make sacrifices for your company to keep it profitable you don’t need to work here
They need a complete OVERHAUL. Fire everyone from the top down to the TM level. Promote Seasoned TM's up the chain. Promote seasoned CS's to TM. And so on. Get people back in place that know something, have common sense, and care about this company succeeding. Putting the sc--ws to lower lying employees is only going to make things worse for the company. HOLD THE EXECUTIVES ACCOUNTABLE.
