Accountability Cycle!

So that is the new rage now! Accountability Cycle and don't forget those "standards"! Let's see.... I do not remember anything about the accountability cycle or standards when MT led SF to at $8 billion loss in 16/17 and then another $27 billion loss in 22/23. In 9 years as CEO he had losses totaling over $35 billion! I do remember him getting a $22 & $24 million dollar bonus on top of an almost $8 million a year salary! Rules for thee not for me is how they operate! All this is being driven by our 2 former agents KC and CS, who were agents 20-25 years ago! When I/they started in agency, they would make you as uncomfortable as possible! They would threaten your job every week, even if you hit your goals! If you pushed back on the Kool-Aid at all, they would fire you for not buying into the program! They told us it would toughen us up and we would thank them later. When most of us got our contracts we told them to go pound sand! They are trying the same tactics with operations now! CS and KC ,as you know, most agent's, think all the problems with SF stem from lazy operations people and they, the agent, always knows best! You can smell agency's fingers on everything we do now and they are going to run this ship into the ground! Granted we have a lot of people that should not have been hired, but that was by design! Exec wanted disposable, cheap labor, and HR loves creating their own little power play and kingdom! HR is turning into ET, blocking any progress in the organization. Hire trash and then put up every road block to keep them from getting fired! Do not hesitate to use all your benefits while at SF, including your PTO, CSES, Life Leave, FMLA, ADA, STD, Celebration day!

HOLD THE EXECUTIVES AND CLAIM MANAGERS ACCOUNTABLE. They created this sh-t show not the employees. What id--t thought 4 hubs sites was a good idea. Now we have 4 huge sites we can't fill because no one wants to work for this company that treats it's employees so badly.

It's never been a great company. It's always treated It's employees like sh-t. It's now worse than it's ever been though. But it's never been ever been great.

This post is absolutely correct. Accountability starts at the TOP. It's not the lower employees fault this company is going down the sh----r. But it's those employees that they will make miserable and blame.

Once our executives down through claim managers are held accountable, I will buy into the accountability cycle. You can't be a failure for over 10 years and expect me to hold our lowest level employees more accountable that the decision makers. Until that day comes my CM and my VPO can go fu-k themselves or each other, their choice. PS, the tech you keep trying to sell us un is buggy and su-ks. It does not make anyone more efficient despite how many times you try to sell it. Show me these mythical claim specialists who are so much more efficient using CSS or OTC. How the fu-k can you get more efficient by adding clicks to every action you need to take on a claim? The fu--ing re--rds that push this garbage would be lost if I asked them how to open a COL on a claim.

@dm We need Christopher Wolff and Braxton as his right-hand man running the company.

Two people you should never let run your company are accountants and especially two former SF Agents! They have no clue about how the company or people actually works! The accountant only sees numbers as numbers lie and liars figure. Sales people/Agents are only motivated by what how much money they can put in their pockets! Both these groups will destroy a company trying to achieve their objectives because they do it on the back of employees, the customers and anyone or anything else they can take advantage of! It's what destroyed SF and most businesses today! The best ideas need to win and everything needs to based on merits! We have moved so far away from that it's painful.

I know an agent that never worked for SF or any other insurance company before becoming a sf agent. He knows nothing. How the heck did that happen? Must be the good old boy system. I hear complaints about him all the time. Most of the older Agents are good and some of the new, but a lot of the newer ones are clueless. Regardless, they are still the biggest dead weight problem for SF.

@b4 I call BS. There are many of us in claims that have handled a lot more losses of different types a lot longer than any of you did. This agent better than thou attitude is purely BS!

@ag Agents are not saying any such thing. Their office numbers ring to their laptops and their cellphones. They have for years. They can be reached anywhere, anytime with a click to call, text, or email. And in this day and age, the company strongly favors agents who build production machines that don’t need them in office. It’s obvious no MOA agent is sitting in 2 or 3 different offices all day.

@ak Many many agents came from Operations. Back when we truly were a great company. They know your job far better than you do.

The agents are what is ki-ling SF. Cut the agents. No reason to have a middle man you have to pay. Most of them that call in don't have a clue. Most people would gladly do without an agent if it lowered their premium. From what I hear from customers the agents are useless. Of course they want to call in an act like a big shot and say this customer has a lot of policies/money with them and act like we should just overpay the claim to appease their customer. They have no clue how this actually works but arebreal good at giving the customer misinformation.

Also they are getting ready to let go a lot of the people left in the field! Agents complain about it every month in calls with our Sales Leader! They are like.... if they would just make everyone come back into the office some work would get done around that place..... Then the agents will follow that up with .....I will be working from the lake house this week or from the ranch this week...blah blah .... if you need to get in touch with me. Useless!

You need more exclamation points!!!!! Only one exclamation point per sentence doesn't do enough to convey righteous anger!!!!!!!!
