What do you mean? What about the 247 slack screenshare while I did work for 3-4 employees in a huddle watching? Is that not tracking?

If they send you an email about your performance, just get ready to leave. a PIP isn't worth your time and someone has already mad the decision to get you out of there anyway.
HR could be working with the LL6 to work up a separation plan for you.
- If you get an email about your performance from your leader, then it’s a sign they are trying to move against you.
- Monitor your mid year. If you get met met, then you are fine. If you get met not met, then start looking for a new team immediately. Do not sit and wait.
- Your leader might not be forthcoming about what is happening.
Because they don’t have anything else to do right now, and soon will be out

It's normal. This is how it should be. The biggest problem is that they can't differentiate between technical and experienced people who work hard VS liars with big mouths.
