is it still going on? That guy who writes on linked in has been quiet. Wonder if it’s settled. I’m sure the new ceo would rather it be done before he joins. And I’m sure current ceo would rather they hold off so a settlement isn’t on his watch.

I think this is why ps was announced w this timing and leaving so fast. No bod seat for him which is weird for 10 year ceo when leaving. Cusip will be settled and ps will be blamed for d-mbest deal ever
It’s a meaningless lawsuit. Ultimately will be dismissed or settled for immaterial amounts. Only winners are the lawyers.
