More layoffs?

Small pockets of people in HR quietly laid off in Europe with less than usual severance packages in the last few weeks.

Does this mean we're next?

Never accept what they offer you first, negotiate, PEP always has spare cash for redundancies! Dont be naive!

DPA Townhall next week! Someone should ask openly when redundancies will happen. In Purchase HR and Senior Leadership are already drawing plans for 2026: more roles shifted to India, significant reduction of S&T footprint in US.

We got some warnings within S&T but scope and timelines were not clear. But Q3 seems very likely.
