How often does the company walk you before your two weeks is up?

Here it is more likely they will keep you 2 weeks and work your fingers to the bone, transitioning stuff over before leaving the company. That or they may try and ask you to stay for 3 or 4 weeks instead…

Recently submitted my 2 weeks and my manager said it was at their discretion and they weren’t walking me.

Depends on if you are going to a competitor. If you work in Wealth most people seem to get let go before the 2 weeks is up.

I left a month or so ago and did not get walked. I haven’t really heard of it happening unless you were already having some kind of issues like a PIP or asked to leave and paid for the last two weeks.
