Keep hearing about Headquarters gone and PDC going away. So what’s the plan? People do not know and they are supposed to figure it out.

The problem is LL4 again, who does not give a sh--t who sits where. They have no clue that there no places. Every single problem starts with LL4 is NEVER resolved.
They'll have the space for the headcount they expect. Key point here: expected headcount post RTO. Think just a little will ya?

LOL saw a guy bring in a folding lap table like you would eat breakfast in bed with. Plopped down in the hallway near a plug and worked. The LL5 walked by and just stepped over his legs. Maybe this is the new office seating. Fire code, what fire code?

They are trying to lower head count. They don't expect you to sit anywhere or even come in, they expect you to leave the company. If you do decide to come in, the passive aggressive solution is to make it as cumbersome as possible so you consider why you still work there.
If Ford can get headcount down low enough (future AI), why would there be a need for all this office space?
