What do we think the severance package will be? And can you get hired back later on?

No hire back!!, if you are fulltime you are banned for life! Its on the wall, as the one when were impacted in the past.. you have to sign it and accept it thats all.
US and Canada have different packages but I could be wrong. In Canada it can depend on how large the group was that was let go. The more people, the greater the more extra weeks you get.
In Ontario you at least get 1 week per year worked. US will likely get less because the US has fewer worker protection laws.
