If you've been impacted, you've received an email with documents detailing how it works in your state. Some states (Oregon & California, for example) are required to pay out unused sabbatical. Some states (California, for example) are required to pay out unused vacation. But it will all depend on the state you're in. You have the documents. Read them.

I was paid my 4 weeks sabbatical; PA/VAC time accrued. This was in Sept of last year.

Put in a modicum of effort and read through the documentation that Intel has supplied (multiple times) for your state.
