Has anyone heard anything in regard to the ISP figures? I just do not understand how a firm can not come up with a number to announce that they are laying off _ number of associates. Especially given the fact they know who has taken the VSP. Every other place seems to be able to come up with a figure when they announce layoffs. Just let us know the number. 1,000 associates? 400? Like come on give us a ballpark.

@a4 - after seeing today’s amplify announcement, I see that you were spot on with your prediction and numbers.
Looks like you are in the know!
You should adopt the pseudonym “SourceOfTruth” and keep us all informed :-)
@a1 . Should this surprise anyone? The leaders head to a conference room to work or "busy" on Teams.
They will absolutely lie about the ISP numbers, and anything else. We’ve been lied to numerous times, especially over the last several years as this was ramping up. Associates are treated like dirt.
Please remember that they will lie with the number. For example, if there are 10000 employees and they are laying off 10%. That's 1000 people. But if they hire 1000 over seas, that's 2000 HQ workers. McKinsey, BCG and Deloitte are very sneaky with the numbers.
@dm between 8,000 - 10,000 I believe. If there are targeting just 10%, that is 800 - 1,000 people jobless soon. 😞
Does anyone know how many associates approximately in the Home Office?
Of the ISP #s, does anyone know how many leaders and how many associates will be impacted?
They are waiting for the 30 year old consultants to tell them what to do next.
Last I heard ISP #’s were between 1150 - 2000
So they wanted to target 20% of GPs which they accomplished and the associate ISPs is “supposedly” a lot less than that. If I was to guess just like someone said 10% give or take. In terms of total associates not leaders etc it would be in 700ish or so
There's supposedly a firm-wide update that will be sent via Amplify this week which will include some of that information. I have heard the total headcount reduction will be around 10% or less, so it's likely somewhere in the middle of your 400 and 1,000 numbers...no clue how VSP totals play into all that.
I would guess some VSP roles will be eliminated and others will need back filled, so maybe the total net associates without a home won't be as high as some feared.
Speculative Example: They're targeting 750 total headcount reduction... 300 of (550) VSPs won't be replaced... leaving 450 net headcount to still be "re-imagined"...
This “leadership” team has no clue what they are doing.
