Now that he published a video, he is being criticized for releasing video the same week as CPMs.
Give the guy a break. What do you expect him to do? He inherited a company on the verge of bankruptcy. What do you think he should be doing? You can blame Pat for the mess we are in. Don't blame the guy trying to take us out of the ditch.

The key message is that he's hiring and keeping critical talent. Even has a list for that, so it can't be big.

But instead he awkwardly talks about having dinner with his friends and gives very little specifics regarding org changes, technical strategies, etc. Stop falling for meaningless platitudes and expect more from someone who's supposedly an industry insider.
