I'm on vacation and wont be back until Friday. I don't see any meetings or any notifications about layoffs yet. Should I be worried or releived?

@a8 our group didn't get calendar invites, our manager just showed up at the office immediately after passdown.
Sorry OP, wish I could say no news is good news, but in this case you can't be sure.
Your manager could ambush you the day you get back. Being on vacation doesn't really delay anything, your end date will still be the 31st regardless.
No meeting invite, no layoff
My buddy got his meeting this morning, 31st is going to be a lot of folks last day.
