Looks like Jeanine Sneed is being moved to another position from her GM role, Kelly Jessop (VP TEL) is leaving IBM… looks like Rob Thomas is doing a purge…
Any comments?

Remember what happened the last time IBM did all sorts of shenanigans to get the stock price up .. it did go up and up .. until then it went down and down .. for more than a decade. We are just recovering now from that, and adjusted for inflation it is not quite back to that 2013 level yet.
Here we go again. Sell while you can before the inevitable big collapse.
@gr Correct. Everyone focused on the share price going to $300. No one thinking about what comes after that. Because the stuff they're doing to get it to $300 is not sustainable more than a few quarters.
The stock is going to $300+ before Arvind gets his bonus, that is for sure... after that, I think we are going to see the stock price plunge under RT.
does that mean shareholders will not see the IBM share price go to $300 any time soon ??
This is RT’s doing… he will become CEO early next year at some point so he is already shuffling everything… get ready for a big mess!
Those who have been complaining about Arvind, just wait until RT takes over, it will be a real sh-t show.
Bet money that when their replacements are announced they will all be Indian.
And hiring people who think clouds are the puffy white things in the sky and servers are the people who bring you food. IBM = I've Become Mediocre. Get out on your own terms. Your job is on the way to Costa Rica or Philippines are India. CSM and TEL have been cutting for awhile as the sales su-k so with bad sales you need less CSM and TEL. When will smarmy Rob Thomas next be looking in the mirror while he does a nothing burger "interview" on CNBC? SMH.
what about slashing roles in Quantum development in the US purely to save money? Surely there are enough handwavers and BS artists in the BRIC countries who pretend that they know what they are doing, even if Alvind and Rob the Slob don't have a clue ?
Execs rotated is nothing unusual, musical chairs. We will also continue to see the US headcount numbers hoing down. Its sad but thats how it is everywhere
It definitely looks like IBM is aggressively slashing U.S.-based roles particularly in Consulting, Cloud, and Analytics while shifting work to India, Brazil, Hungary, and Costa Rica.
